Invision closes sixth fund on CHF 350m
Invision Private Equity has held a first and final close on its sixth fund, Invision Hospitality, on its CHF 350m hard-cap.
The new vehicle has a clear sector focus on the hospitality and culinary education markets. It will target mid-sized companies with a focus on succession deals.
With its last fund, which closed on €285m in July 2013, the GP invested in growth companies across various sectors.

The fund received commitments from investors in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

With the new vehicle, Invision plans to invest in hospitality education companies.
The vehicle has already made its first investment in the hotel management education group Swiss Education. Founded in 1982, the company has seven campuses located in Montreux, Caux, Bouveret, Brig, Leysin, Neuchâtel and Lucerne.
