
Lead Equities exits Weidinger & Partner
Lead Equities has sold its majority stake in Austrian private education business Weidinger & Partner to Algebra Investments.
Lead Equities acquired a 60% stake in Weidinger & Partner in July 2011 from Wirtschaftstraining und Organisationsentwicklung. The company has since enlarged its product offering through in-house developments, as well as via bolt-on acquisitions. Weidinger & Partner has also grown into new regional markets in Austria and now offers social coaching programmes for businesses.
According to unquote" data, at the time of the 2011 acquisition, Weidinger & Partner employed 100 people and generated turnover of €18m.
