
Argos Soditic acquires ASC International House
Argos Soditic has completed the MBO of Swiss education provider ASC International House.
The investment will underpin the company's growth in Swiss Romande, where there is high demand for private education particularly among the expat community.
The investment was made through the Euroknights VI fund, which closed on €400m in 2010. The acquisition is Argos Soditic's third in Switzerland in the past 12 months.
Company
Founded in 1974 and based in Geneva, ASC International House provides language training to the general public and businesses. The firm also provides private schooling in English. ASC owns the British School of Geneva, Geneva Primary School, Geneva Secondary School and A-level college and a bilingual programme in France.
The company employs 200 members of staff, including 164 teachers.
