
Target Partners appoints Michael Kowalzik

German venture capital firm Target Partners has hired Michael Kowalzik as a venture partner.
Kowalzik's responsibilities will include strengthening the firm's focus on technology start-up investments.
Before joining Target Partners, Kowalzik advised young entrepreneurs on strategy, personnel, finance, marketing and sales. From 2004 until last year, he worked as CEO at Tyntec Group, a mobile interaction service provider for corporate customers. Prior to this, he worked as investment manager at Bertelsmann and Apollis.
Munich-based Target Partners is currently managing €250m, investing in start-up and early-stage companies and supporting their later-stage and expansion phases.
