The vehicle has a minimum subscription of €2,000, a 4% upfront fee and a maximum total annual fee of 3.42%. The investment period is set at eight years and will be extendable by two one-year periods.
Omnes stated the fund will allow individual investors to benefit from tax advantages relating to wealth tax and income tax under the French TEPA law, while also benefiting from the growth potential of French and European SMEs.
Investments
The Capital Invest PME 2016 fund will invest 80% of its assets in French and European SMEs. The remaining 20% will be invested in low-risk assets. This amount may be used as a reserve for reinvesting in companies in the portfolio.
