A Capital picks up 10 hotels
A Capital and Louvre Hotels Group have acquired 10 hotels in Germany as the pair set out to create a group of 50 hotels in the country.
The hotels have been bought from DHM Group. Following the deal, the hotels will be renovated and rebranded as Tulip Inn and Golden Tulip, and will be operated by Louvre Hotels.
A Capital and Louvre Hotels plan to spend up to €300m over the next four to five years to create a portfolio of 50 hotels in Germany.

The 10 hotels have been operating under the Balladins brand. They are based in gateway cities, including Frankfurt, Köln, Dortmund, Bremen and Mannheim. The portfolio comprises three and four star hotels, with a total of 1,246 rooms.
The 10 hotels to be renovated and reopened are the Tulip Inn Bad Bramstedt/Hamburg with 141 rooms; Tulip Inn Braunschweig with 78 rooms; Golden Tulip Bremen, 144 rooms; Golden Tulip Dortmund Airport, 96 rooms; Tulip Inn Mannheim, 162 rooms; Golden Tulip Neu-Isenburg/Frankfurt, 225 rooms; Tulip Inn Offenburg, 79 rooms; Tulip Inn Peine, 98 rooms; Tulip Inn Troisdorf/Cologne, 88 rooms; and Tulip Inn Sindelfingen/Stuttgart with 135 rooms.
