123Venture launches FCPI website
Following the French finance ministerÂ’s announcement of the Loi Breton on 13 July, 123Venture has set up a new information website for businesses. Thierry BretonÂ’s bill allows businesses to benefit from tax reductions of 25% of capital invested from FCPI (Fonds Communs de Placement dans lÂ’Innovation) in 2005. This ruling only applies to the course of 2005. 123Venture has launched www.fcpi-entreprises.com to help company managers become exempt from taxations. Xavier Anthonioz of 123Venture explains that the website is aimed not only at company managers, but also their financial advisors and lawyers.
