Philippe Pronost has also been made an associate. He has been an investment director at Argos Soditic since May 1997 and has worked on a number of French buyout deals, as well as several transactions elsewhere in Europe. Previously, he spent two years as a consultant at a Canadian firm. Following this, he joined the Paris office of Arthur Andersen, where over four years, he worked on audits for mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. Some of his work included advising private equity houses on possible investments.
