EPF Partners and OTC Securities to sign co-investment agreement
According to a new agreement between EPF Partners (which is currently fundraising on the European Pre-Flotation Fund II) and OTC Securities, EPF will have the opportunity to invest in all of the companies approached by OTC. OTC Securities organises transactions on the Euronext Marché Libre via OTC Asset Management and manages FCPIs for investing in early-stage and expansion venture capital. EPF Partners will from now on be present on OTC's investment selection committee and will be the only institution present to specialise in venture capital. Most of the transactions which EPF will gain access to will be pre-IPO type deals, although it may also invest in some companies at the time of their introduction to the public markets and companies quoted on the Marché Libre. At a time when it is almost impossible to gain a listing on the public markets, EPF Partners considers that the Marché Libre provides a suitable transition from private to public. However, Christian d'Argroubet and Olivier Gindre of EPF Partners stress that their main activity will continue to be investment in development capital.
