Clifford Chance

Pierre Gromnicki has returned to the Paris office of Clifford Chance from working in the Varsovie division of the law firm. Gromnicki originally began his career with the law firm in Paris in 1991 before subsequently joining the Varsovie operations two years later. Gromnicki specialises in investment operations in Central Europe, most notably M&A, joint ventures, real estate transactions and privatisations.
