Eurazeo
Bruno Roger has resigned as chairman of the supervisory board of the French investment holding company Eurazeo. Michel David-Weill, the former chairman of Lazard France and current chairman of Rue Imperiale, which the majority shareholder in Eurazeo, will replace Roger. Eurazeo holds a 15.8% stake in the profits of Lazard.
