Triago launches secondary unit
Triago, the private equity service provider, has launched a new group specialising in secondary transactions of private equity fund interests. In 1993, a year after it was founded, the company began advising institutions and private groups on a wide range of secondary transactions. The new unit, Triago-X, has been set up to facilitate investors seeking liquidity.By logging on to the www.triago-x.com website, investors can immediately plug into the flow of the secondary market and gain information on a variety of situations: single fund positions or large diversified portfolios, a wide range of transaction values, mature or less funded positions and partnership investments or co-investments. Potential sellers will be provided with discrete access to a global network of qualified buyers and offered extensive guidance throughout the transaction process.
