Finama Private Equity
Quartilium, the private equity fund-of-funds arm of Finama Private Equity, has appointed Pascal Feucher as investment manager. Feucher started his career with Natexis Banques Populaires in 1995 with the emerging markets group specialised on Asia. In early 2001, he joined the leveraged finance structuring team of Natexis with various responsibilities on LBO markets such as the US, France and Southern Europe, both in senior and mezzanine debt. In 2004, Pascal was appointed portfolio manager of Vallauris CLO Plc, a E300m arbitrage cashflow CLO, managed by Natexis and invested in a diversified pool of LBO assets. He is joining Finama Private Equity fund-of-funds' team as investment manager, more specifically in charge of Quartilium's Mezzanine investment program both in the US and in Europe. Quartilium Mezzanine, one of the first European mezzanine fund-of-funds, held a first closing at E50m in December 2004 and will be open to new investors in 2005. Feucher holds a degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
