Veil Jourde La Garanderie
Since its creation in 1990, Veil Jourde La Garanderie has specialised in domestic and international litigation and arbitration. Recently, however, the firm announced the reinforcement of this practice via the arrival of two law professors and the appointment of Barbara Levy, formerly an associate, as partner in the firm. Professors Estelle Scholastique and Xavier Boucobza will bring their support to the Firm as consultants. They will assist the lawyers mainly in the fields of litigation and domestic and international arbitration. Barbara Levy (LLM in Private International Law) is a specialist in intellectual property law, she has developed considerable expertise in litigation and in the fields of contracts, trademark and unfair competition matters. The Public Economic Law department created in March 2003 by partner Pierre-Alain Jeanneney, an expert in regulatory law and major infrastructure networks, continues its expansion. The team is pleased to welcome today to a new associate, Eugénie Rabut (DEA in Public Business Law and master's in International Law and Management from the HEC-ESCP).
