Allen & Overy
Amongst the 34 appointments made in April by Allen & Overy, the Paris office of the firm saw two new associates, Patrice Couturier and Frédéric Moreau, both of whom will form part of the corporate tax team. Couturier joined Allen & Overy in November 1999 from Ernst & Young, having spent time at Wilde Sapte and Deloitte & Touche. Frédéric Moreau also joined in 1999, and will specialise in corporate law, international mergers and acquisitions, flotations and private equity deals, especially buyouts. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, he worked at Giroux Buhagiar et Associés and at Gide Loyrette Nouel.
