Chequers Capital expects final close
The French buyout house Chequers Capital, which successfully bought itself out from Charterhouse at the beginning of 2001, is expected to close its eponymous debut fund at the end of June. Very few details on the fund, which held a first close in December 2001, are available, although it is known to be over-subscribed. The Chequers team is headed up by Denis Metzger, and includes Dominique Dupeloux, Jérôme Kinas, Anne-Claire Louvet and Guillaume Planchon.
