Edouard Malandrin has just joined Siparex’s Lyon-based buyout and growth capital team, managed by deputy general director, Bertrand Rambaud. Malandrin has spent the last four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor and then due diligence supervisor. René Zingraff has been nominated member of Siparex Associés’ administrative committee. He is co-manager of Compagnie Générale des Etablissements Michelin. Julie Coquelet has joined the investor relations division of Sigefi Private Equity. Previously, she worked as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
