Crédit Agricole
Patrice Durand is shortly to leave Crédit Agricole’s executive committee following the progress made post-merger to integrate the entity with fellow bank Crédit Lyonnais. A statement issued by Crédit Agricole stated that Durand’s supervisory role had now come to an end and the senior employee of Crédit Lyonnais will assume a new challenge in his career. The integration committee has been completely dissolved and the banks are now moving onto a stage that will involve the implementation of synergies.
