OTC Asset Management launches new fund management business
OTC Securities, which specialises in introducing companies onto the Marché Libre, has received approval from the COB (Commission des Opérations de Bourse) for OTC Asset Management, which will set up and manage a series of French FCPRs and FCPIs. The new entity will be managed by OTC Securities in partnership with Tocqueville Finance, which is better known for its quoted investment vehicles such as Ulysse. Eventually, the group will capitalise on OTC Securities’ experience and seek exits via flotations for portfolio companies onto the Marché Libre. Jean-Marc Pahlon will head up the new management company.
