KPMG Transaction Services

KPMG has announced that Axel Rebaudières has been promoted to the position of partner within the Transaction Services department of the Paris office. After several years in the audit practice, Rebaudières joined Transaction Services in 1998.

Rebaudières is primarily responsible for developing KPMG’s global offering to the financial and private equity community, including financial due diligence, commercial due diligence (strategic and commercial intelligence, “SCI”) and tax structuring. Rebaudières’ recent credentials include the Aventis Animal Nutrition deal by CVC, the acquisition of Domo Services by CGST and the third round financing of Neurotech, led by Apax Partners and Merlin Biosciences.
