ETF Group

The ETF Group has appointed Alain Bravo, who had been chairman of Alcatel since June 2001, as ‘global advisor’. He will contribute experience in the telecommunications industry, gained with France Télécom and Vivendi Universal, where he was managing director of SFR. He will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth in the current portfolio.

Meanwhile, the French office of the ETF Group has grown to six investment professionals with the appointment of Jean-Yves Quentel as a director. His areas of expertise will be technology and telecommunications, and he joins following time at both Europ@Web and Atlas Venture.
