Fonds Partenaires announces strategic refocus
Fonds Partenaires has announced a strategic shift in its operations and decided to focus on the mid-market. The group is more commonly renowned for its predominant focus on larger LBOs but has opted to concentrate on the mid-market quoting dealflow as the reasoning behind the shift. The group has announced to the press that the dealflow in the French mid-market has three times as many deals as the number of players in the arena, thus offering better investment opportunities than the infrequent mega buyouts.
