Swiss Sarasin acquires French Expertise Asset Management

Basle-based private bank Sarasin acquired Expertise Asset Management , a French asset management boutique. .Expertise, which was established in 1997, specialises in funds for institutional clients and currently has €150m of assets under management. Under the terms of the acquisition, Expertise’s existing asset management team will work alongside Sarasin’s team in Basle, with the remit of developing specialist investment vehicles directed at the French market.
