AXA IM Paris manages new €410 CDO

AXA IM Paris SA has become the portfolio manager of a new EUR 410m CDO, Oryx European CLO BV, investing principally in senior and mezzanine debt, and high yield bonds. Ashurst provided legal and tax advice, as well as carrying out due diligence aspects on the acquisition of senior and mezzanine debt, from its Paris and London offices. White & Case London advised UBS Limited in its capacity as manager.
