Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners (ERCP) has reinforced its team with four new recruitments. Hervé Fonta has joined the group as an investment manager. Having followed his studies at INSA Lyon and HEC, he began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for three years in the transaction services division. In 1999, Fonta joined Chequers Capital, where he was an investment manager.Antonio Graça, who was educated at ESSEC, has also become investment manager. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, before working in the transaction services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Later he became associate at the mezzanine fund Pricoa Capital Group in London. Since 2002 he has been an investment manager at CDC Equity Capital.Bertrand Demesse, educated at ESCP, began his career at Banque Lazard. He worked in the M&A division for 5 years and was promoted to senior associate before joining ERCP.Sylvie Verges, educated at EM Lyon, began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Then she took different financial positions at Valeo, Cerus, Cofratel and Astorg. Verges was recently chief financial officer of Neuf Telecom.
