Royal Bank Private Equity

Royal Bank Private Equity has indicated that it will shortly open an office in Paris. Royal Bank’s leveraged finance team, headed up by Eric Mallaroni, has long been established in Paris, but the private equity arm of the institution has never had a physical presence in France. Jean-Marc Barrabes will lead the new Paris team, alongside recent recruits Thomas Grenon and Serge Palleau. Royal Bank Private Equity recently carried out the secondary buyout of Métaux Spéciaux.
