Apax Partners

On 13 January 2004, Apax Partners in Paris announced six new appointments. Hervé Descazeaux has become partner to the group. Descazeaux joined Apax Partners in 1998 and specialised in leveraged buyouts, privatisations and turnaround transactions. He is on the boards of Frans Bonhomme and Outremer Telecom. Prior to that, he worked for eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris and in the US, in charge of audit and due diligence on international deals.
