Balmoral Capital Partners has announced the appointment of Eric Delangle from European Acquisition Capital. Richard Winckles, formerly at Schroders, created the new pan-European investment house. Dalangle began his career at Ernst & Young in England before joining Coopers & Lybrand as an M&A advisor and subsequently moving to join PricewaterhouseCoopers.
