Allen & Overy

The Paris office of Allen & Overy has announced the appointment of eight lawyers to join its corporate department. Romaric Lazerges and Jérôme Marbot have joined the public law team while Thomas Le Vert and Mathieu Odet have joined the M&A team. Emmanuelle Finet is a new edition in the competition group and Alexandre Rudoni, Constance Vercambre-Lallia and Romain Viret are now working on the intellectual property team.In addition, Allen & Overy has announced the appointment of Chantal Burger as of 1 July 2004 at the law firm's Paris office as head of operations. Burger began her career in 1978 as a financial analyst before joining Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in 1981. In 1991, Burger joined VVF Vacances as financial director before subsequently being promoted twice to become general director. Finally, Burger worked at Groupe Etoile from 2000 to 2003 as general director.
