Laporte establishes advisory boutique

Gilles Laporte has announced the establishment of his private equity advisory boutique Gilles Laporte Conseil. Laporte, previously of Fonds Partenaires Gestion, has disclosed that he plans to advise purely on the buyside, charging clients advisory fees instead of linking rates to fund performance. In addition, Laporte has joined 123Venture as president of the supervisory board.
