SJ Berwin

Mark Richardson and his team of three lawyers (Celine Maironi-Persin, Fabrice Remy and Prudence Thiry) will join SJ Berwin from the Paris office of SG Archibald, which is the French arm of Andersen Legal. SJ Berwin's Paris office, which was opened at the beginning of this year has made the appointments in order to build a high-profile M&A practice. Mark Richardson's experience as an M&A lawyer involved in corporate work has included acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, joint ventures, IPOs, MBOs and general commercial advice. He has particular expertise in the high-technology and venture capital end of the market and has regularly worked on behalf of leading foreign and French multi-national companies.
