Apax negotiating for mobile satelit

Apax Partners is currently in negotiations to acquire France Télécom Mobile Satellite Communications from France Télécom. According to a spokesperson at the cartel office, France Télécom Mobile Satellite Communications is based in France but has significant operations in Germany, which is why it needs to be approved by the antitrust authorities.
