SFTF- Interflora
Barclays Private Equity has sold its entire interest in SFTF-Interflora to 21 Centrale Partners. Following the deal, management strengthens its position in the flower delivery companyÂ’s capital. Interflora, which is reportedly known by 90% of people in France, has 5,300 retail points. Over the past few years the businessÂ’ growth has been helped by internet sales. Its latest consolidated turnover was EUR 120m.
Previous Funding
In 2003, Barclays Private Equity completed the buyout of Interflora France from Omnium de Développement Floral for an undisclosed sum.
