PartÂ’Com may buy itself out from CDC IXIS Private Equity
Press reports have suggested that PartÂ’Com may seek to buy itself out from its parent, CDC IXIS Private Equity, as the group reviews its commitment to investments in the TMT sector. PartÂ’Com has been battling to maintain the health of its portfolio, which consists of 90 companies in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors, and may therefore seek investments from external investors. PartÂ’Com has around EUR 520m under management, of which EUR 250m are third party funds.
