Callisto to advise management in buyouts
Hervé Couffin and Eric Delorme have recently founded Callisto, an independent advisory group aimed at helping business managers through the various stages of buyout deals. Callisto is aimed at helping management teams in mid- to large-cap transactions, valued from several hundred to several billion euros. Couffin joined Paribas Affaires Industrielles in 1983, where as a deal executive he managed transactions including Sema, Fives Lille, Poliet and Coparex. As a senior partner and PAI executive committee member, Couffin was directly in charge of deals such as Gerflor, Beaufour Ipsen, Ceva and Antargaz. Delorme previously worked as partner at PAI since 1990, participating in buyouts such as RPC, Somarel and IPC Media.
