Wendel Investissement open day

Wendel Investissement recently held an open day, with the aim of giving the directors of its portfolio companies the opportunity to meet potential investors. Bureau Veritas, one of Wendel's main portfolio companies, is currently looking to acquire strategic stakes in unlisted growth companies. In addition, Wendel Investissement has confirmed that it is seeking to consolidate its stake in the firm, in which it already holds a 34% interest.
