Fina ma Private Equity

Eric Guedj has been named as the new general secretary of Finama Private Equity, which is a subsidiary of Groupama. Meanwhile, Stéphane Moreau will take over the group’s directs activities. Guedj, aged 40, joins from Finallon, which he joined in 1989 and where he was most recently financial director. Previously, he was an auditor at Cabinet Constantin. Moreau began his career with Spef, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions. He then joined Astorg in 1995, where he was an investment director and became one of the founders of Astorg II.
