Also joining the team will be Laurenece Pinot-Lacan and her senior assistant Jan Heijmeijer. Pinot-Lacan is a corporate finance/mergers and acquisitions lawyer who specialises in advising domestic and international companies and investment banks in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, re-capitalisiations and corporate re-structuring, with a particular focus on private equity. She joined the French office of the law firm Stibbe in 1988 and was made a partner in 1993, staying with the company following the merger with US law firm Latham & Watkins.
The other members of the SJ Berwin Paris team are George Pinkham, Sylvie Vansteenkiste, Jean Goncalves and Mark Richardson. In addition to the office in Paris, the firm now has offices in Berlin, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Madrid and Munich.
