Activa Capital

Activa Capital has appointed Jerome Sibony as an Investment Analyst. With four years experience in private equity at Atlas Venture, Sibony has worked on investments in the field of media and communications. A graduate of HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales), he has a Master's Degree in business law (DESS). The recruitment takes place following the recent closing by Activa Capital of its EUR 162m mid-market buyout fund, ahead of its initial target of EUR 150m. This new appointment reinforces the investment team at Activa Capital which now comprises nine professionals.
