A new mid-market law firm enters the private equity arena
Articles in the French press have recently disclosed the launch of a new law firm in France specialising in mid-market transaction advisory services. The new firm, named Lamartine Conseil, is run by a team of four ex-PDGB lawyers and headed by Olivier Renault, a former associate at PDGB for 17 years. The firm will specialise in assuming an advisory role on early-stage, growth and buyout deals in mid-size companies.
