Cuatrecasas opens new office in Paris
The Cuatrecasas Paris office, run by partner Nuria Bové, will be in operation from July 1 2004. This expansion represents a continuation of the work carried out by the Cuatrecasas French desk since 1998, led by the partner Armand Cohen, which advises Spanish and Portuguese companies with interests in France, as well as French companies with investments in the Iberian Peninsula. Lawyers on the Cuatrecasas French desk, qualified to practice in both countries, are based in the Madrid, Barcelona and Paris offices. The new office in Paris is the firm's 17th establishment, and adds to services across seven countries in Europe and America including Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, France, Portugal, Spain, and the US. This opening forms part of the strategic decision adopted by the last Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira Castelo Branco Partners' assembly to continue expanding nationally and internationally with a view to improving the service the firm offers its clients and to grow with such clients as they expand on an international scale.
