BNP Paribas reduces stakes in Banexi teams
BNP Paribas has surrendered control of Banexi Capital Partenaires and Banexi Ventures, reducing its stakes in the company to 49% and 35% respectively. The management teams of both fund managers now hold majority interests and the move comes two years after the French bank divested its entire interest in PAI partners (then PAI Management).
