SG Corporate & Investment Banking

SG Corporate & Investment Banking has announced the appointment of Jean-Luc Parer, Olivier Khayat and Grégoire Varenne. Parer is to join the company as co-director of the debt and financing team in charge of strategic development. Khayat has been nominated global director of the debt capital markets for the bank and Varenne is assuming the position of market activities director for Europe and Asia.
