Outinord Group

Siparex, via its new Siparex Middle Market SPF III fund and Siparex Nord, has backed the buyout of the Outinord Group with a EUR 5.3m equity investment. Spef LBO invested a further EUR 3m as part of the deal, while a senior debt package was provided by ViaBanque, which is part of Banque Espiritio Santo et de la Vénétie. The deal was carried out via the newco Financière Concrete Expansion. The management team also invested.

Company

Based in Saint Armand les Eaux, the Outinird Group specialises in the production of reinforced concrete and is the worldÂ’s leading designer and builder of metal castings. It generates a turnover of EUR 42m (of which 30% is from exports) and employs 430 staff. The current deal should allow the firm to continue to develop products and expand internationally.
