CLAM Private Equity

Following the reorganisation of Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity into a single structure, there have been several people moves within the business. Stéphane Monmousseau is chairman of the board and in charge of all LBO activity. Michel Laversanne is a member of the board and general secretary, while Olivier Bossan, a member of the executive committee, has special responsibility for mezzanine investments. Roland Derrien, also a member of the executive committee, will be in charge of secondary markets, while Nicolas Destang and Antoine Leprince-Ringuet will be responsible for development capital and venture capital activity respectively.
