Wendel Investissement

The Wendel Investissement group (see page 12) has announced the structure of its management team. Jean-Bernard Lafontana has been appointed as managing director, Fanny Picard is director of financial operations, and Yves Moutran will take charge of analysis and development. Lafontana, who will also take a seat on the board of Wendel Investissement, began his career within the government ministries, before gaining M&A experience at Banque Lazard. He joined BNP in 1996 as strategic director, and then became president of Banque Direct. He joined Wendel Investissement in September 2001.
