NIB Capital Private Equity spun off by NIB Capital
According to recent press reports, PGGM and ABP have taken direct ownership of NIB Capital Private Equity in a deal valuing the division at EUR 270m. In 2000, NIB Capital acquired an independent fund-of-funds business named Alpinvest, which it later merged with Parnib and renamed NIB Capital Private Equity. The unit, now under direct control of the Dutch pension funds, will be renamed Alpinvest Partners once more.
