Perfectis Private Equity

Perfectis Private Equity has appointed Delphine Dufour as a director, and Laurent Vallée as an investment executive. Dufour joins from AT Kearney, where she had been working on pre- and post-merger projects since 1999. Prior to AT Kearney, she worked at 3i, which she joined in 1995, and where she completed numerous mid-market private equity deals in the Paris region. Dufour will have specific responsibility for relations with the EULER-SFAC network. Vallée, meanwhile, joins Perfectis from the mezzanine fund IFE, where he had been since 1999. Previously, he had joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the valuations department.
