Société Générale

The leveraged finance arm of Société Générale in Paris which has appointed Maher Tangour, Philippe Bassouls and Stéphane Izard as directors. Benjamin Vaissié has also joined as an analyst. Tangour joins from the acquisition finance department of Crédit Lyonnais in Paris, while both Bassouls and Izard already occupied positions within Société Générale, Izard having been a member of the mergers and acquisitions team.
