Cinven has recently announced three new appointments. Sonja Mikic has been made an investment director and will be based in CinvenÂ’s Frankfurt office after an initial period in London. Mikic recently worked in the US and previously spent several yeas at Schroder Ventures in Frankfurt where she was an investment director. Xavier Geismar has joined Cinven as an investment executive in Paris. Prior to this appointment, Geismar was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Felix Rose, who previously worked in M&A at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London and in Frankfurt, has been appointed as an investment executive in Frankfurt.
